
The second option is a delivery service to a commercial/business address. This address must have the ability to unload the stove using a loading dock or forklift. The driver is responsible to place your stove at the end of the trailer, no further. This service is available for little or no additional cost.
The third choice is for a residential delivery. The delivery service will unload your stove off the truck and place it on the driveway. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to move the stove from this point. There is an additional charge for this service, ask your Limeport Hearth and Stoves representative for more details.
Most shipments usually
take 3-5 days, in less than a week you can have your stove up and running.
All stove and venting packages are securely wrapped and protected.
We guarantee that your stove and venting left Limeport Hearth and Stoves in complete
and perfect condition.
Fully inspect the shipment for damages. Any damage must be noted on
the freight form and the proper claims filed with the shipping company.
Limeport Hearth and Stoves uses only top rate trucking services. We guarantee
immediate reshipment of any product that has major shipping damage.
In the very rare event
that the return of a product is needed, you must first obtain a Return Authorization
# from Limeport Hearth and Stoves . The returned product must be returned in an unopened,
original box with RA# clearly marked on the outside. Limeport Hearth and Stoves will
not accept any return without a Return Authorization #. Any items
returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any returns must be sent freight
