Every
stove from Limeport Hearth and Stoves comes with a full manufacturers warranty. Both wood
and pellet products typically have a 1 year electrical and mechanical parts
coverage, and a longer warranty on firebox components, heat exchangers, etc.
Limeport Hearth and Stoves will honor the full terms of the manufactures warranty. There
is a very low
percentage
of warranty claims of the products represented here. Our Limeport Hearth and Stoves technicians
are highly experienced on proper installation requirements and can usually
recommend a few simple adjustments. Most pellet stoves require some
fine tuning due to individual site factors. These factors include fuel
quality, installation, maintenance, heat level, etc. Once your stove
has been “set” further adjustments are few and far between.

In the
rare event that a replacement part is needed, Limeport Hearth and Stoves will ship a replacement
part immediately. Any parts sent to the consumer will be charged and
reimbursed once the defective part has been received and confirmed defective
by the manufacturer. The purchaser will have 14 days from purchase to
replace and return defective parts to Limeport Hearth and Stoves all freight charges prepaid.
Most manufacturers will only recognize warranty claims for 2 weeks after
the problem has been diagnosed. Your prompt return will save you money.
Limeport Hearth and Stoves will not refund the price of any said component defective or
not is part is not received within 14 days of purchase – no exceptions.
You may also be eligible for a labor reimbursement. This fee will
be paid to the purchaser of the stove, pending approval from the manufacturer.
Manufactures warranty will not include gasketing, firebrick, issues
resulting from abuse, improper installation, over firing or neglect, or improper
operation.
Limeport Hearth and Stoves
is not a manufacturer of heating products nor can we offer an installation
service. We therefore have no control of proper installation or operation
